Delivery

Our delivery cost per order is £20.00 per delivery.

Wherever possible we attempt to deliver all of our orders on our own vehicles which are always carrying 2 delivery persons to make your delivery as safe and convenient as is possible

Once your order has been placed delivery will normally be made within 5-10 working days.

If there any delays on your order you will normally be contacted within a couple of days to alert you to this. Please note that most of the products available from us our ordered from our suppliers who from time to time will run low on certain items . Should you need your products by a certain date then we would advise to ring your order through to us on our freefone sales line 0115 971 7521 where we will be more than happy to check stock availability on any order

Once your products have landed into our Nottingham warehouse you will be called to book in a delivery date. so all of our deliveries are booked in.

You can ring our showroom for a delivery time any time after 3.00pm the day before the delivery date,we will then try and give you an estimated delivery time normally within a 2 hour window.if you require a call from our drivers when they are on their way (say within 1 hour) this can be organised upon request.
